General Membership Meetng, Preservaton Awards, and special Friday night social! – May 11th

The Sanford Historic Trust and the City of Sanford will recognize winners of the 2012 Annual Preservation Awards. The event will showcase the hard work and effort of property owners, and will include before and after photos, highlighting the rehabilitation work.
There will be a presentation titled, “Preservation Partnerships – the University of Central Florida Promotes Sanford’s Historic Resources”, given by UCF professors Dr. Connie Lester and Dr. Rose Beiler. The presentation will focus on the positive impacts of the Student Museum partnership and UCF RICHES program in the Sanford community.
A reception will follow the awards and presentation. The Cultural Arts Center is located at 119 W. 5th Street.
